i was thinkin air but i ride the hell outta my bike and if you give an air some good bottom outs you have to worry about blowing the shock. i just kept it simple stupid and ran the Van R. It doesn't have a bunch of fine tune adjustments for me to go O.C.D. on trying to "fine-tune" it every 10mins thinking i can make it better while only making it worse lol
